These are made of a heavy weight vinyl material with a soft felt 
backing.  These fit like you want them to and do not flap.  (You 
have seen cars going down the road with a bra flapping in the 
breeze and wearing the paint right off.)  I have tested these on 
my cars and I am quiet satisfied, as you will be.  Please state
